Every Concession in Liberia

Liberia's land is worked by dozens of concession companies — mining, rubber, palm oil, and timber. Investment is welcome in Liberia; so is scrutiny. Below is the landscape, compiled from the Liberia Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (LEITI) published lists and public sources. Subcontractors and security companies working inside the concessions (such as AFCONS and SEGAL) employ thousands more Liberians and are covered by our reporting form too, as are offshore oil and gas blocks.

Is your company's entry incomplete or out of date? Write to us via the Contact page — we correct the record gladly, and we publish company responses alongside our reporting. Hurt by any of these companies? Report it here, in confidence.
